C.E.O. Reimagined: Cultivating Trust that Lasts
C.E.O. Reimagined is a learning immersion helping leaders from all walks of life become Catalysts for Ecological Orientation. The focus: emotional resilience, embodied presence, and relational trust — a trust people feel in relationship.
Over two 14-week tracks, you'll cultivate alignment with the kind of leadership you want to embody. You'll also expand your capacity to inspire trust as you grow genuine care for others' flourishing — so the people around you not only see your direction, but also feel moved to support it and stand with you.

Career Professionals
Individuals guiding teams or influencing workplace culture

The Structure: Two Tracks, One Living System
The Elven Star of the Moon and the Elven Star of the Sun are two interwoven movements in a single, living system.

But what exactly is the Elven Star?
The Elven Star, developed by James Burgess and carried forward here in a contemporary way, is calculated through your birth information. It is a seven-pointed framework that uses the power of symbols and metaphors to help us understand how we live, feel, and lead our life narratives. Each of these 7 points carries a symbolic, archetypal image you can work with and a narrative meaning you can explore.
Through my lens, when we focus on the Elven Star of the Sun, we're looking at seven aspects of our leadership — 7 capacities that steer our actions and shape how our presence is experienced.
When we turn to the Elven Star of the Moon, we're exploring the seven aspects of our inner, emotional world, which inform our experience and shape our capacity for trust.
As you bring these two into dialogue, the model highlights something vital: we are not one-dimensional but made up of many layers and ways of expressing ourselves. That's what I value about this framework: it honors our complexity and offers a way to see, name and work with that plurality in seven different ways.
Two Tracks: Moon and Sun
Core Work (14 weeks — Moon Track)
You begin with envisioning the ideal you want to fulfill. Then you create the conditions that allow it to hold. Each step strengthens the deeper layers of your emotional nature so the seed of your intention stays true to its core, even as circumstances around you change.
Impact Work (14 weeks— Sun Track)
You start by envisioning the presence you want to project — a magnetic field that invites others to trust. From there, you discover the expressions that strengthen its credibility. Each matters on its own, and together they reveal the breadth of who you are. Over time, these qualities keep your leadership grounded, so trust grows and endures.
In both tracks, we are intentionally starting from the narrative statement or intention we are ready to live out, then we will shape the conditions, behaviors, and parameters that allow it to take root and flourish.

Choose your immersion: Participants have the flexibility to experience this program as a focused 1:1 immersion or as a collaborative small group immersion.
Elven Star of the Moon x Ecological psychology
The Elven Star of the Moon is an immersion into your inner psychological and emotional‐ecological terrain. It is where intention becomes vision, and vision becomes meaningful action. Across seven phases (two weeks each), we work with one Elven Star point at a time, using reflective dialogue, experiential exercises, and guided visioning to help you:
01
Align with the deeper source of your intentions
02
Untangle complex, inherited, or conflicting narratives
03
Create the conditions for authentic, creative alignment in how you lead and relate
This is not a theoretical exercise. Every step is designed to be felt, practiced, and applied to the relationships, decisions, and futures you care about most. You'll begin to recognize what psychological freedom and resilience actually feel like, and you'll explore practical ways to sustain and nourish your intentions within the real-world contexts you navigate.
Moon Track Course Outline
1
Weeks 1‐2
By Week 2, you can expect to feel more grounded in an idealized intention that lives in your inner terrain, with a clearer sense of what you stand behind and how it can guide you towards feeling fulfilled
2
Weeks 3‐6
By Week 6, you can expect to be attuned to the multi-threaded narratives—both nourishing and corrosive—that course through that terrain, and to sense where your integrity is being tested
3
Weeks 7‐8
By Week 8, you can expect to recognize which narratives entrench the most corrosive patterns, and to begin loosening their hold so trust equity has room to breathe
4
Weeks 9‐10
By Week 10, you can expect to notice how some narratives—when met with care—can start shifting into nutrients, teaching you to discern which patterns help diversify and strengthen your inner ecology
5
Weeks 11‐12
By Week 12, you can expect to feel more practiced in reshaping old narratives into fresher patterns, using imagination to sense how these can flow into the worlds of others with integrity
6
Weeks 13‐14
By Week 14, you can expect to have strengthened your conditions for psychological evolution, making space for new narratives to take root as a reliable part of how you navigate life with intent.
Discovery Promise

In just 14 weeks, you will gain a dynamic map of the narratives that shape your decisions and relationships—understanding how they move through you, how they can be recomposed, and evolve with you.
Through practical engagement with archetypal images, you'll consciously work with these narratives, creating lasting clarity and cultivating a strong foundation for trust.
Elven Star of the Sun x Ecological psychology
The Elven Star of the Sun is an immersion into your lived presence—your authentic range—expressed through seven points you can draw upon in different situations to test and affirm how you show up. Across seven phases (two weeks each), we work with one Elven Star point at a time, using deep real-life inquiries, situational testing, and embodied practice to help you:
01
Bring your declared leadership style into active embodiment
02
Develop the capacity for others to experience the authenticity of your presence
03
Strengthen the range and reach of your relational credibility
Every step is designed to be enacted, witnessed, and trusted within the relationships, decisions, and ecosystems you engage with. As others experience your embodied presence, trust equity naturally grows. It moves beyond words to evoke mutual respect, acknowledgment, and even support— allowing your credibility, in its most relational form, to deepen and endure.

Week 28 — A rooted presence (Part ll.)
By this final week, you can expect to experience your presence as rooted in ecological kinship, affirming a leadership style that is trustworthy because it nourishes rather than harms — a root you can return to whenever your path feels uncertain.
Transformational Promise

After embodying these expressions, you'll notice people not only recognize your leadership, they trust it — because they can feel it sustaining them, never taking advantage of them.
If you are ready to lead in a way that deepens trust equity within your circles of care, this is where we begin.

About Me and this calling
« I've cultivated a vision that grew only because I held onto the ability to pace myself and dream beyond what I already knew. That endurance came from how I chose to spend my time and my freedom while moving through a system built on urgency — one that sells us fantasies while stripping away our capacity to imagine new possibilities. Cultivating imagination, here, becomes a privilege we give ourselves and the steady current of our work. It invites us to slow down, explore, and shape what becomes possible together in a world that insists everything must be urgent »

F A Q
Is this program only for leaders who own businesses?
No. We are all leaders in our own right—whether in our households, our chosen careers, our communities, and most certainly in the emotional-ecological terrains we steward. Leadership here begins at how we attune to the narratives moving through our psychic home (e.g., your inner landscape of feeling and knowing). It is the living practice of feeling our response-abilities anew, sensing where and how we can psychologically evolve our freedom to author our lives toward a more flourishing psychic life—one that will trickle down to the people and non-human ecosystems in our periphery.
Do I have to start with the Moon Track, or can I begin with the Sun Track?
1
Moon Track
The Moon Track is designed to trail and compost the residue of culturally-based narratives you've adopted — the ones that have stalled or frozen the fulfillment of an idealized vision.
2
Sun Track
The Sun Track is designed for when you're ready to lead your personal ecology with confidence and agility across diverse situations, so your leadership is felt as authentic by others, increasing trust equity with and support from them.
You can begin with the Sun Track if that's where your readiness is. Doing so means you'll first anchor the confident, contextually trustworthy presence you want to embody, and then circle back into composting the deeper residues that could limit its radiance. Both tracks are selfcontained, but they are intentionally designed to form a loop—each deepening and reinforcing the other.
Can I take just one track, or do I need to commit to both?
You can absolutely take just one track. Each is designed to stand on its own while also strengthening the other. Whether you start with the Moon or the Sun, you'll still leave with a set of lived insights and learned wisdom you can carry forward into your leadership role.
Moon Track Only
Deepen your inner alignment and psychological freedom
Sun Track Only
Strengthen your embodied presence and trust that people feel in relationship.
Both Tracks
Experience the full integration of inner alignment and outer expression
How much time will I need to commit each week?
1.5
Hours per session
Our live sessions will be an hour and 30 minutes long
2-3
Hours between sessions
Expect to engage 2‐3 hours weekly between our guided sessions, reflective practices, and the embodied inquiries
The design of the work allows it to weave into your current life and leadership rhythm, not compete with it.
I'm new to astrology—will I still get value from this?
Yes. Truth be told, I do not consider myself an astrologer. While the Elven Star framework comes from astrological roots, I translate its insights into relational language that I, you or we can apply immediately—whether you're fluent in astrology or not. The 7 Words System embedded in the Elven Star framework is intentionally designed by J. Burgess to be applied in everyday life.
No Prior Knowledge Required
All concepts are translated into accessible, practical language
Focus on Application
Emphasis on how principles manifest in your daily leadership
Relational Framework
Concepts presented through the lens of human and non-human connection and ecology.
How is this different from other leadership programs?
How is this different from other leadership programs?
Few, if any, leadership programs weave together two pioneering systems with a discipline like ecological psychology—a field still unknown to many—while applying them directly to how leaders shape trust equity in real time. This difference is present from the very inception of the program.
Ecological Psychology
Understanding leadership through the lens of interrelated systems rather than isolated skill development
Pioneering Integration
Combining Elven Framework with ecological psychology creates a distinct approach not found in traditional leadership development
Elven Star Framework
Applying astrological wisdom to practical day-to-day leadership situation
Trust Equity Focus
Direct application to building relational trust that nourishes rather than depletes the reservoir in trust of those you lead
What is trust equity?
Trust equity is the accumulated field of trust that grows when your presence & decisions/actions are experienced as consistently attuned, ethical, and dependable. You do not own or build trust equity in isolation— it's a living condition you co-shape with others, beginning with the self-trust you cultivate in leading your own emotional-ecological terrain. In this learning immersion, that cultivation is met by others trusting that you are attuned to, and actively care about, the well-being and flourishing of their emotional-psychological landscape. That mutual recognition creates a space where support, collaboration, and even evolving through intense situations can take place.
Self-Trust
The foundation you cultivate in your own emotional-ecological terrain
Mutual Recognition
The space where others feel your authentic care for their flourishing
Collaborative Field
The environment where support and evolution can take place
How does the Elven Star guide my journey in this immersion ?
The Elven Star serves as your personal guide — a seven-point map that gives symbolic structure to both the Moon and Sun tracks. Each point carries a universal insight, expressed in simple words like Please, Sorry, Thanks, Yes, No, Hello, and Goodbye. Working with these symbols, you connect them to your own stories and leadership situations, discovering new ways to live and lead with clarity and depth.
Final FAQs and Closing Invitation
1
Do I need to attend every live Zoom session?
Yes. This program is built on the real-time, relational presence we create together. Each live session is felt and co-created through the energetic presence of us both in the space—not something that can be replicated by watching a replay. To receive the full experience and integrity of the process, attendance at all sessions is required. If an unavoidable conflict comes up, two sessions can be rescheduled, but consistent presence is essential to the program's flow and to the trust equity we build together.
2
How will I be supported between sessions?
Between our weekly live sessions, you'll have structured touchpoints to keep your process alive and integrated. These include:
  • Guided contemplative prompts given as homework during each session to deepen your insights and keep momentum
  • Direct check-ins with me if you need clarity or grounding before the next live call.
3
Is this coaching?
No. Guidance here is not coaching, and it's not therapy. The primary focus is not on performance metrics or predefined strategies— it's on holding a relational and brave space where you can genuinely metamorph, be deeply seen, and receive direction rooted in who you are.
This program is saying goodbye to the cookiecutter coaching era. It moves beyond the paradigm of performance coaching into a living, ecological approach to leadership development. You will not be molded into a template—you will be met as a distinct presence, with your own tides, edges, and emerging forms.
4
Lastly, do you need this program?
No. As one of my teachers said, life can be hard enough — it's on us to use the tools we have. This is simply one such tool, offered if it calls to you right now.
BONUS: Is there a deeper astrological imprint to your framework?
For those interested in the astrological underpinnings of my work, the principles within C.E.O. Reimagined are deeply rooted in my personal natal chart, reflecting the same ecological and narrative forces that have shaped my own leadership journey. Indeed, my natal chart features a prominent Moon‐Sun square Uranus T-square, which forms a dynamic interplay between these three core forces. This specific astrological geometry has profoundly influenced my path, training me to navigate moments of rupture, disruption, and dissonance without losing trust. It has expanded my emotional range, allowing me to meet diverse situations with integrity, and has grounded my presence, making it both rooted and highly responsive to life's inevitable tides of change. This lived experience directly informs the resilience and adaptability cultivated within this learning immersion.
